Liz Earle is a naturally active skin care brand established in 1995. They have a vast array of skin care that suit all kinds of skin. Most importantly, the entire range is full of incredibly simple products to keep your skin regime fuss free and easy!

The Skin Care Essentials Kit includes:

  • Cleanse and Polish (150ml)

  • Instant Boost Skin Tonic (200ml)

  • Skin Repair Moisturiser (50ml)

  • 2 Pure Muslin Cloths

The kit costs £45, but the products are sold individually as well.

CLEANSE AND POLISH

The Hot Cloth Cleanser is a MUST in my skincare routine! This product removes every scrap of make up on my face easily and effortlessly. It is a very gentle cleanser that is suitable for all ages and all skin types so it really is perfect for everyone! It is a plant based product and it's ingredients include eucalyptus, cocoa butter and chamomile extract.

This product is part of a 2 phase process and phase is the cleansing. The cleanser removes all traces of make up and dirt and will also remove stubborn mascara. Phase 2 is the Polish where you 'polish' off the product with a soft, wet muslin cloth to clean the skin and remove dead skin cells.

Cleanse and Polish Travel size (Essentials Kit size 200ml)

I love mine so much I've used it all up...

HOW TO USE:

I use this product to remove both my make up and cleanse my skin as you can use this over your eyes which really takes the hassle out of your skin care routine. I pump one full pump of the product onto my fingers and then gently rub across my face using circular motions. Next, I spend around two minutes working the cleanser into my skin to remove all traces of dirt and makeup. The consistency is really creamy and is incredibly comforting and soothing - especially for sensitive skin!

After this, I run the muslin cloth under warm water and ring it out before gently wiping the cleanser away. I heavily recommend using pure muslin cloths to clean your face as they are so soft on your skin, unlike flannels which I find are too harsh. Make sure to wash your face cloth ever 3-4 uses to make sure you are not putting more dirt back onto your face (kind of counter productive really).

INSTANT BOOST SKIN TONIC

Liz Earle's Instant Boost Skin Tonic is refreshing, soothing and very gentle to put on your skin! As skin care goes, I enjoy using a nice creamy cleanser to relieve my skin of make-up and dirt, and I LOVE applying moisturizer because my skin soaks it up and feel so soft afterwards! But, as toners go, I don't enjoy using them, I just know I have to. However, Instant Skin Boost is the exception! It is so gentle and soothing and truly does brighten your skin, it feels uplifted. This product is alcohol free and includes naturally active ingredients such as aloe vera, calendula, chamomile, cucumber (so refreshing!) and natural source vitamin E. The smell is also incredible!

Instant Boost Skin Tonic

It smells incredible!

HOW TO USE

To apply this to my face (after using Cleanse and Polish) I gently pour this product onto a cotton pad and then sweep it across my face.

It's a simple as that! It is also great as a pick me up on clean skin throughout the day to keep your face an energizing and refreshing boost!

SKIN REPAIR MOISTURIZER

This is the part of the routine that is tailored to your specific skin type with a choice of moisturizers that suit all skin types and ages. Whichever one you choose, it is perfectly balanced for your skin and will complete your routine by giving your specific skin type the moisture it needs to stay balanced. It's naturally active ingredients include borage ( a source of essential fatty acid) and avocado oils along with natural anti-oxidants.

I personally use dry/sensitive and this is perfect as an everyday moisturizer and the thickest of the moisturizers. However, if my skin goes through a particularly dry spell, I will use a more 'heavy duty' moisturizer at night maybe once or twice and then continue with Liz Earle as normal.

So hydrating!

HOW TO USE

I massage this moisturizer into my face and neck after using the Instant Boost Skin Tonic. Once again...it's a simple as that!

There we have it - the Liz Earle Skin Care Essentials Regime! I highly recommend these products to anyone who is yet to find a routine that's right for them, if you're looking to try something new or just because they are AMAZING and you truly need these products in your life! They have made such a difference to my skin and it's appearance. I love the fact that the products are so natural and so simple so they really are perfect for everyone and will not take up heaps of your time when you could be working, sleeping, spending time with your family etc.

Of course there are SO many more skin care products from Liz Earle range and I HEAVILY recommend at least have a gander at everything they have and see what tickles your fancy. Along with an extensive skin care range, they also have bath and body, haircare, fragrance and make-Up, which just shows how accomplished and loved the brand is.
